new chapter unfolding

Mrs bobwhitedan and I are getting ready to move into our new house. we built on the same property we currantly occupy [5.2A] and our daughter and family will buy our old house. We thought we would down size, but that didn't work. We have about the same square footage on one level not 2. As we get more gray and slower this should help. Also having family next door is handy too.
